REPORT
- There is relative decreased size of the Lt. lung in comparison to the Rt. one due to previous partially lobectomy.
- NO pleural effusion is seen.
- No pulmonary focal lesion is seen.
- The mediastinum is wide due to dilated aorta.
- Small flakes of coronary calcifications are seen.
- Intact bony thorax.
