REPORT
- Large dense stone is seen impacted at right vesico-ureteric junction with mild dilatation of right pelvicalyceal dilatation and ureter.
- Its attenuation value is 427HU.
- Its largest dimensions are 8 x 10 mm.
- The right kidney is normal in size, shape and density, it showed no focal masses with preserved renal fascia.
- The left kidney is normal in size, shape and density, it showed no focal masses with preserved renal fascia. No pelvicalyceal dilatation could be noted.
- Left ureter is not dilated.
- The urinary bladder showed uniform filling with no intraluminal defect of filling is seen.
- Scans through the rest of the abdomen are unremarkable.
- Scans through the lower chest show normal basal lung fields and pleural reflections.
