Techniques:   CT BRAIN, Contiguous axial cuts were obtained through the skull without I.V. contrast and revealed:

                                                           REPORT

  • Tiny suspicious well defined, hypodense parenchymal lesions are seen at the right parietal region at the white-gray matter junction suggesting water shed infarctions for clinical correlation.
  • No intra-axial masses or extra-axial fluid collection is seen.
  • Normal CT appearances & dimensions of ventricular system & basal cisterns.
  • Normal CT appearances of posterior fossa structures & bony skull.

CONCLUSION:
        Suspicious right parietal water-shed infarctions
