demonstrates a dome-shaped
growth of mixed attenuation arising from the
inner table of the left frontal bone. The lesion
does not appear to have invaded the inner
table of the skull (although bony window
settings would be needed to confirm this).
There are flecks of calcification present. The
lesion is causing minimal buckling of the
adjacent cortical gyral convolutions and little
effect on other CSF spaces. This is a typical
appearance of a long standing meningioma.
