REPORT
- Evidences of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are noted as increase AP diameter of the thoracic cadge with hyperinflation of both lungs & splaying of pulmonary vasculature.
- Mild to moderate thickening of bronchial wall is noted at both lung bases with minimal dilatation of the terminal bronchioles suggesting associated interstitial pulmonary disease for clinical correlation.
- No evidences of focal pulmonary mass lesions were detected.
- Normal CT appearances of mediastinal structures with no evidences of mediastinal or pulmonary lymphadenopathy detected.
- Normal CT appearances of the heart & great vessels were detected.
