Techniques:    Axial Helical non-contrast CT for the Stone Protocol.

                                                                       REPORT

  • Dense stone is seen at right upper ureter
  • Its attenuation value is 374 HU.
  • Its largest dimensions are 3 x 5 mm with mild back pressure changes noted.
  • The right kidney is normal in size, shape and density, it showed no focal masses with preserved renal fascia.
  • The left kidney is normal in size, shape and density, it showed no focal masses with preserved renal fascia. No pelvicalyceal dilatation could be noted.
  • Left ureter is not dilated.
  • The urinary bladder showed uniform filling with no intraluminal defect of filling is seen.
  • Scans through the rest of the abdomen shows fatty liver.
  • Scans through the lower chest show normal basal lung fields and pleural reflections.
