REPORT

Diffuse symmetrical ectasia of the supratentorial ventricular system; together with widening of the cortical sulci and sylvian fissures, as well as prominence of the basal cisterns ...  
Involutional brain changes.
 
Normal attenuation of the cortex and white matter of both cerebral hemispheres.

No focal lesions could be detected.

No intra or extra-axial collections identified.

No mass effect; no midline shift.

Normal posterior fossa structures.

Left frontal cephalhematoma with suspected underlying small fissure fracture…for clinical correlation and follow up.
