An ill-defined space occupying lesion roughly measuring (8 x 8 cm) is noted at right upper hemithorax and superior mediastinal region showing irregular contour, merging with the mediastinum, encasing right upper bronchus and main pulmonary artery in addition to central cavitation, surrounding ground glass opacity and multiple pulmonary nodules …? Neoplastic process…rather than infective process… …for clinical correlation…biopsy mandatory for accurate histopathological diagnosis
