 REPORT

The liver appears average in size displaying homogeneous parenchymal density with poor vascular enhancement suggesting chronic diffuse liver disease. A small well defined hypodense focal hepatic lesion is seen in the antero-superior segment of right hepatic lobe displaying intense vascular enhancement on arterial phase suggesting malignant nature for further correlation with alpha-feto-protein. Iso-dense bulging of posterior segment of right hepatic lobe is noted (????? Iso-dense mass lesion for further correlation with US data).   No evidences of  intra-hepatic biliary radicals were detected.

The spleen appears average in size displaying normal homogeneous CT density. No evidences of splenic masses or cysts were detected.

The pancreas: appears average in size displaying normal CT density. No evidences of pncreatic masses or cysts were detected.

The gall bladder appears average in size displaying normal wall enhancement. No evidences of intra-luminal calculi or masses were detected.

Both kidneys appear average in size displaying normal function & parenchymal enhancement. No evidences of renal masses, stones, cysts or back pressure changes  were detected.

No evidences of abdominal lymphadenopathy were detected.
No ascites.

CONCLUSION:
Evidences of chronic diffuse liver disease
Focal hepatic lesions (?? Malignant) for correlation with alpha-feto-protein
