REPORT
A area of peri-focal oedema is seen involving the right parietal region with area of heterogeneous enhancing tissue seen at its center. Picture suggesting inflammatory lesion (Residual or resolving abscess) for clinical correlation.
No extra-axial fluid collection is seen.
Normal CT appearances & dimensions of ventricular system & basal cisterns.
Normal CT appearances of posterior fossa structures & bony skull.
CONCLUSION: Suspicious inflammatory lesion involving the right parietal region for clinical correlation.
